Together

At Grow More Love, I, Tracy Matfin, work to empower individuals through coaching, workshops, and guidance in building intentional communities and nurturing healthy relationships.

Please take a moment and think about something that has brought a smile to your face, maybe a giggle to your heart. Pause......

I suspect whatever it is you thought of was related to connection. Maybe you thought about a friend or family member -connection to others. Maybe it was a time with a pet or wild animal - connection to creatures. Maybe your joy was from a walk on the beach or a meditation - connection with self and/or nature.

Connection, Connection, Connection

This brings joy, ease and flow to individuals and groups. Increased self awareness, better communication skills and being in contact with the earth enhance Connection Opportunities. Call me up and let's see how we can work together to enhance your connections.

A Workshop

I, Tracy Matfin, graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Science. After receiving a secondary science teaching degree I went on to teach high school science for ten years in Castroville, California. From there I moved to Portland Oregon where I attempted to start a community with a previous partner. Our efforts did not succeed, but a lot of learning happened in the process. My next venture was a community on the Big Island of Hawaii. Here I worked with six others and we co-founded La'akea Community in 2005. La'akea is still going strong and it is my home. Living a daily experiment in finding balance and harmony with each other and the land has taught me much. Along the way I've picked up many communication and facilitation skills which I use when I'm working with others.

I hope to have the opportunity to work with you!
